Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on G2G contracts, grants, and interagency agreements.
• Advise on appropriate procurement mechanisms to achieve health outcomes.
• Apply knowledge of health assistance metrics and outcomes.
• Support contracting and grants lifecycle activities with senior staff.
• Review acquisition award management processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide compliance guidance on policy and regulations for foreign assistance.
• Mentor mid-level personnel.
