Job summary

Brightcore Energy in Armonk, NY is seeking a Construction Operations Coordinator to support geothermal project development from pursuit through preconstruction. Reporting to the Director of Geothermal Operations, you will provide technical guidance, constructability insights, and lead preconstruction processes across BD, Engineering, and Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with travel up to 25% to project sites in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Construction) is required.
• 1–2 years in engineering, construction, energy, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Operations SME during pursuit and preconstruction.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between BD, Engineering, Operations and Innovation.
• Assess constructability, equipment needs, and resource requirements.
• Support drilling optimization and project forecasting efforts.
• Develop workflows and standards for preconstruction processes.
