Job summary

ICOP in Orlando seeks a results-driven Regional Civil Engineering Manager with a strong geotechnical background to lead a regional engineering team responsible for design, estimating, and execution of projects involving support of excavation, ground improvement, and foundations.

You will provide technical oversight, review drawings, mentor staff, coordinate with operations and sales, drive value engineering, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to codes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus and PE license required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant geotechnical design experience and team leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred, with experience in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional civil engineering team to achieve project goals and support professional development.
• Oversee engineering workload, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Perform and review designs for excavation support, ground improvement, and foundation systems.
