Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the regional support center, drive profitability, and oversee franchise sales.

This role requires strategic leadership, budget management, and the onboarding and development of Franchise Owners, with travel to events as needed.

You will build a high-performing team, ensure adherence to corporate policies, and partner with the VP Operations to align regional plans with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of management experience.
• Proven P/L management experience.
• Operational experience in a service industry is preferred.
• Strong planning and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the regional support center.
• Oversee franchise sales and onboarding of new Franchise Owners.
• Develop short- and long-range regional plans and ensure execution.
• Manage budget forecasts and personnel needs for the region.
• Maintain corporate policies and safeguard assets.
