As a regional leader, you will manage a diverse team across sales and operations, with emphasis on safety, execution, and engagement. Strong business acumen and people leadership are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by developing and executing strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Own regional P&L performance across multiple MSAs and $5M–$100M in annual revenue.
• Lead high-performing sales and operations teams and develop talent across regions.
• Oversee branch operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service execution to ensure safe, efficient delivery of solutions.
