Undisclosed is seeking a fully remote position based in the southern or southeastern United States to coach franchise owners across P&L, operations, sales, staffing, and AR. Travel up to 70% with a network of 18-25 franchise branches.

Provide hands-on guidance, monitor performance, review financials, and support marketing initiatives while promoting a collaborative culture focused on customer outcomes and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year college degree.
• At least 5 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
