Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Director of Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) to drive the global FP&R program across sites in the New Jersey region. The role focuses on governance, continuous improvement, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership to align with the company’s Supply Chain 2030 strategy.

The position requires extensive FP&R knowledge, manufacturing leadership, and strong financial acumen, with proficiency in SAP and MES systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or related field.
• Ten+ years of experience in FP&R, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain.
• Expertise in FP&R frameworks and program standards.
• Site manufacturing leadership or regional program rollout experience.
• Strong financial acumen linking metrics to P&L savings.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with OPERA or MES.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional FP&R strategy and governance across sites in the region.
• Oversee FP&R standards implementation and audit programs, track action items.
• Monitor FP&R KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build regional plans and roadmaps aligned with Global Supply Chain 2030.
• Provide FP&R team development and training across sites.
• Conduct hands-on site visits and FP&R workshops.
