Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Factory Performance & Reliability Leader to drive site-wide continuous improvement initiatives at the Hodges, SC facility. The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and partners across levels to foster lean execution and sustainable performance.

Responsibilities include aligning strategy, optimizing production and supply chain integration, and building workforce capability through training and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional continuous improvement or operational reliability programs.
• Experience establishing and tracking manufacturing metrics, standard operating procedures and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive site strategy and operational alignment with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement and governance with ROI analysis to improve productivity and quality.
• Implement 5S, visual management, and workplace organization aligned with safety and quality expectations.
• Advance autonomous and planned maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and safety.
• Optimize production and supply chain integration with scheduling and inventory improvements.
• Build capability and knowledge sharing through competency frameworks and cross-functional training.
