Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a FP&R Director to drive the Factory Performance & Reliability program across sites in the region. You will develop and implement continuous improvement strategies within a manufacturing excellence framework, providing governance and regional plans aligned to Global Supply Chain 2030.

You will work with Directors of Manufacturing, Technical Directors, and regional leads to ensure standards, training, and audits are effectively executed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or related field.
• Ten years of experience and knowledge of Factory Operations, FP&R, Engineering or related Supply Chain role.
• Demonstrated expertise in FP&R frameworks and knowledge in all the program standards.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to link operational metrics to savings.

Responsabilités

• Lead the divisional FP&R strategy and initiatives.
• Subject matter expert in FP&R standards, methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Oversee FP&R standards implementation across sites and ensure compliance.
• Lead FP&R Audit program including scheduling, resources, and reporting.
• Monitor FP&R KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and best practices.
• Develop regional plans and roadmaps aligned with Global Supply Chain 2030.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis and countermeasures to avoid downtime and losses.
• Develop FP&R team capabilities through training and site visits.
• Utilize company data, digital and analytics solutions to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with E2E Leadership Team and cross-functional groups.
