Job summary

Edrington is seeking a Regional FP&A Analyst for the Americas to own planning, forecasting, and performance management across markets and brands. You will consolidate data, validate models, and deliver timely insights to support strategic decisions.

The role reports to the Regional FP&A Manager – Americas and offers a hybrid work model with a strong focus on commercially driven analytics and cross-functional partnerships. Role closing date: 2026-10-21.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years FP&A experience with relevant finance roles.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and management reporting abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with strong modelling.
• Experience with SAP BW, Datasphere, and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance against forecast, budget, and prior year, identifying key drivers and opportunities.
• Partner with market finance and cross-functional teams to understand performance drivers and develop actionable recommendations.
• Deliver clear, decision-focused insights and presentations for finance leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Build and enhance financial models and scenario analyses to support forecasting and planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations highlighting trends and actions.
• Support forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans by reviewing assumptions and consolidating inputs.
• Maintain and improve reporting models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate regional planning and reporting cycles across markets and ensure timely submissions.
