Job summary

Pronghorn seeks a Regional FP&A Analyst to join the Americas FP&A team, owning core planning, forecasting, and reporting while coordinating regional processes. You will convert financial and operational data into clear insights for decision making, and progressively take ownership of forecasts, models, and performance reviews guided by the Regional FP&A Manager.

You’ll work across markets, brands, and functions, delivering actionable recommendations to senior management and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• FP&A or related finance experience; 4+ years may be considered.
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced modelling, scenario analysis, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance vs forecast, budget, and prior year to identify drivers and risks.
• Partner with market finance and cross‑functional teams on performance drivers.
• Deliver insights and presentations for finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and enhance financial models and scenario analyses for forecasting.
• Prepare monthly management reports and highlight trends, risks, and actions.
• Support forecasts, budgets, and long‑range plans with validated inputs.
• Maintain reporting models, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Operations on forecasting and new product planning.
