Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum experience coordinating food service operations.
• Strong ability to travel frequently and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company policies to deliver high quality service at optimal cost.
• Coordinate with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
• Develop internal QA/assurance processes and conduct client satisfaction surveys.
• Manage unit budgets, sales and production records, inventory and labor productivity.
• Support new business bids, rebids, and development of new programs.
• Conduct audits on food production, sanitation, HR compliance and payroll processes.
• Provide training and development for Food Service Directors and enforce corrective action when needed.
