Location: Visalia, California - In-Person / On-Site

Quail Park Communitiesis seeking an experienced RegionalSignatureDiningDirector(RegionalFoodandBeverageDirector) to provide strategic leadership for our culinaryandSignatureDining programs acrossthreesenior living communitieswith three Cook-to-order Kitchensanda Regional Bakery.

This position is based in Visalia, California, supporting three California communities, all within the city limits of Visalia, California.

What You'll Do

As the Regional Director ofSignatureDining, you will partner closely withon-site Community Chefs,Executive Directors, DiningServiceDirectors,andothercommunity leadership to ensure every dining program reflectsQuail Park Communitiescommitment to hospitality, quality,andresident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide operational leadership forSignature Dining services acrossthreesenior living communitieswith five remote kitchensandone regional bakery.
• Coach, mentor,anddevelopCommunity Chef's, Dining Directorsandculinary leadership teams.
• Conduct regular operational audits focused onfoodquality, service standards, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance,andresident experience.
• Develop action plansandprovide hands-on support to improve community performance.
• Monitorandmanagefoodcosts, labor efficiency, purchasing,anddepartmental budgets.
• Standardize recipes, menus, production systems,anddining service procedures while allowing flexibility for resident preferences.
• Report to the Vice President of Operations
• Work alongside the Community Executive Directorsto recruit, hire, onboard,anddevelopCommunity Chef'sandDining Directors.
• Lead culinary trainingandcontinuing education programs for both front-of-houseandback-of-house teams.
• Analyze resident satisfactionandimplement continuous quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state,andlocal health department regulations.
• Support community events, special dining experiences,andcompany initiatives.
• Assist with operational coverage during leadership vacancies or extended absences when needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced,collaborative leader who enjoys coaching othersandelevating multiple dining programs.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Culinary degree or equivalent formal culinary training.
• Five or more years of multi-sitefoodservice leadership.
• Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, country clubs, or restaurants.
• Strong financial acumen, includingfoodcost, labor management, budgeting,andpurchasing.
• Experience leading, mentoring,anddeveloping management teams.
• Knowledge offoodsafety, sanitation, health department regulations,andemployment practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication,andrelationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Officeandstandard business technology.
• CurrentFoodManager/FoodHandler certification (or ability to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
