Paylocity is seeking a Floater Property Manager to travel across Denham Springs, LA–area storage centers, providing short-term coverage and exceptional service. You will adapt to different properties, engage customers, and manage daily financials while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties to provide immediate coverage for staffing shortages or other needs (multi-site).
• Engage customers in person and by phone to meet sales and occupancy goals.
• Process payments, invoices, and other daily financial transactions.
• Submit reports to Area or District Manager on occupancy and financials.
• Maintain property standards, security, and basic maintenance coordination.
