Job summary

Landmark National Bank is seeking a Float Teller to join our team in Topeka, KS. This full-time, day-shift position with rotating Saturday mornings supports multiple branches across the region.

You will provide excellent customer service, handle deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and other transactions, promote bank products, and travel to banks within the region. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Work independently within a team setting.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Flexible, able to learn and adapt quickly to change.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service greeting customers with a smile and addressing needs with prompt, accurate information.
• Travel to banks within the region to provide teller duties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
• Complete transactions accurately and confidentially: deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashier checks, loan payments, currency exchange, wires, new accounts, and more.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and comply with regulatory procedures.
• Promote bank products using established processes.
