Job summary

Landmark National Bank in Auburn, KS is seeking a diligent Teller to join our team. You’ll deliver friendly, accurate banking service, handle deposits, withdrawals, and basic financial transactions while following all regulatory procedures.

You will build relationships with customers, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and contribute to a team that values discretion, integrity, and customer-focused service. High school diploma required; familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred; training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle customer service with discretion and confidentiality.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with prompt, accurate banking transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, money orders and other instruments.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and assist with vault balancing.
• Follow regulatory requirements and complete training as assigned.
• Promote bank products and services using a proven approach.
