Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead clinical care across seven assisted living and memory care communities within a single region. You will travel between communities to provide leadership, oversee care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will guide caregivers, coordinate with physicians and therapies, and promote high-quality resident care while maintaining a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust with different teams and adapt to different environments.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable traveling between seven communities as needed.
• Passion for working with seniors, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across seven communities within your region.
• Travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized service plans.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders.
• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Coach, train, and develop care teams.
• Support communities experiencing staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges.
• Partner with physicians, hospice, therapy, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Promote consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Help improve clinical outcomes and share best practices across communities.
