Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities within your assigned region. This is not a traditional single-community role; your location will vary based on regional needs and you may move between communities as required.

You will coach teams, oversee resident assessments, medication management, and coordinate care while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Assisted living, memory care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust with different teams and adapt to different environments.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable traveling between seven communities as needed.
• Passion for working with seniors, including those living with dementia.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across seven communities within your region.
• Travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized service plans.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders.
• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Coach, train, and develop care teams.
• Support communities experiencing staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges.
• Partner with physicians, hospice, therapy, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Promote consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Help improve clinical outcomes and share best practices across communities.
