Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities within a multi-community region.

You will travel among communities, oversee assessments and service plans, and ensure safe, high-quality care with strong collaboration with physicians, families, and care teams. This role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and resident-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across seven communities within your region.
• Travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized service plans.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders.
• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Coach, train, and develop care teams.
• Support communities experiencing staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges.
• Partner with physicians, hospice, therapy, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Promote consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Help improve clinical outcomes and share best practices across communities.
