Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a regional float pool to provide high-quality care across adult and geriatric patients in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU units.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple facilities within a regional footprint. The role requires adaptability, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking, and a compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Current RN license in MO or compact licensure.
• At least 1 year bedside RN experience in Med/Surg, or 2 years for specialty units.
• BLS certification required for Med/Surg.
• NRP certification for Women’s Health.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Report to multiple facilities within the regional footprint across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Adapt to diverse patient populations and environments while delivering patient-centered care.
