MultiCare Health System’s Summit Team is seeking an experienced RN to join our regional nursing float pool, supporting flexible, expert care across the Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions. Operating under a tiered, cluster-based model, the team enhances mobility, reinforces clinical excellence, and strengthens systemwide staffing.

As a Summit Team RN, you’ll use specialized training across multiple clinical settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification and ACLS if working in Critical Care / ED.
• Three (3) years of experience required.
• Local float pool experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.

Conhecimentos

BLS certification

Three years experience
