Job summary

Live Well Homecare's Central Staffing Office is seeking a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois.

You will float among 12 hospitals, assess and manage ED patients using evidence-based practices, collaborate with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams to create care plans, mentor colleagues, promote safety and regulatory compliance, and travel between facilities with initial full-time training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience.
  • Missouri RN license required, ability to obtain Illinois license.
  • TNCC certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel between facilities and participate in initial full-time training.

Responsibilities

  • Float across multiple hospitals within the system, exclusively practicing in the Emergency Department (ED).
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, and implement patient care using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
  • Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while mentoring colleagues.
  • Utilize strong clinical judgment and adaptability to care for diverse patient conditions.

Job description

Join a system-wide Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois.

  • Willingness to travel between facilities and participate in initial full-time training.
