Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Regional Float ED RN to provide high-quality emergency care across a network of hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. This role involves floating between 12 facilities within the ED, delivering patient-centered care and leading teams during dynamic shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ED nursing with trauma and float experience, Missouri RN licensure with ability to obtain Illinois licensure, and a BSN/ADN/MSN background.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience, with trauma and float experience preferred.
  • Current Missouri RN license, ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
  • Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel between facilities and work night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and intervention based on nursing standards.

Role Overview

Join a central staffing team as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals. This position involves floating between 12 hospitals in Missouri and Illinois, exclusively within the Emergency Department (ED).

Key Responsibilities
