Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Regional Float ED RN to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care across multiple hospital EDs in Missouri and Illinois. Floating within Emergency Departments, you will work three 12‑hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, using evidence‑based practices to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care while advocating for patients and families.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ED nursing, hold MO licensure (Illinois licensure possible), and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ED RN experience; trauma and float experience preferred.
• BLS certification is required; TNCC certification preferred.
• BSN is preferred and relevant certifications are appreciated.
• Strong confidence in nursing practice with emphasis on teamwork, leadership, communication, and safety.

• Practice exclusively in ED settings


• Work three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times, including rotating weekends and holidays


• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices


• Advocate for patients and families

Ideal Candidates
