Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Float Dialysis Technician to join its team. You will provide safe and effective dialysis therapy, traveling across the Region to cover vacancies, under the supervision of a licensed nurse and in compliance with regulations.

You will operate dialysis machines, monitor vitals, document treatments, and deliver compassionate patient care in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities. Willingness to travel and adapt is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under supervision, initiating and discontinuing dialysis as prescribed.
• Monitor vitals, weight, and vascular access; report unusual findings.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines; administer heparin as permitted.
• Document treatment details and prepare lab specimens.
• Deliver excellent patient service while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
