Job summary

Air Charter Service in Long Island is seeking a Regional Flight Representative Manager to lead a nationwide network of flight representatives.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach a geographically dispersed team, acting as senior escalation during live operations and building strong relationships with FBOs and Jet Card Managers.

The role combines office-based oversight with travel to key locations, offering career growth, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic private aviation environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding and retaining Flight Representatives.
  • Aviation background preferred or required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and be on-call.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality Flight Representatives.
  • Design and deliver structured training and development for the network.
  • Act as the senior escalation point during live operations.
  • Build trusted relationships with FBOs, Jet Card Managers and ACS teams.
  • Manage scheduling, communication and utilization of the network.
  • Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Travel as required; role is office-based with field responsibilities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Lead, manage and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada, setting clear expectations, recognizing strong performance and proactively addressing performance issues.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality Flight Representatives, strategically growing the network and improving coverage across key private aviation locations.
  • Design and deliver structured training and development, including onboarding programs, checklists, operational guidance and clear service standards to ensure consistency across the network.
  • Bring strong aviation and business experience, with previous leadership experience and the confidence to manage, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team.
  • Build trusted relationships across ACS Private Jets and with Jet Card Managers, working collaboratively to deliver reliable communication and an exceptional experience for clients.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for Flight Representatives during live operations, remaining calm under pressure, making confident decisions and providing hands-on support before, during and after flights.
  • Develop and maintain strong FBO relationships across North America, travelling regularly to strengthen existing partnerships and identify opportunities to support network growth. The role will remain primarily office-based, with travel undertaken as required.
  • Manage and develop the Flight Rep Coordinator, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, organization and utilization of the Flight Representative network.
  • Use reporting, coverage data and operational feedback to drive continuous improvement, identifying gaps, improving processes and supporting strategic growth of the department.
  • Be a highly organized, adaptable and emotionally intelligent leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and the flexibility to travel and provide on-call support when operationally required.
