RUAN TRANSPORTATION MGMT SYSTS is hiring for a Regional CDL Flex Driver to haul freight for a dedicated customer based in Rogers, MN. The role offers a guaranteed weekly pay and a structured schedule with multi-route experience.

Expect to be out for 1–2 weeks at a time and to cover routes not based in Rogers, including trips to Milbank, SD or Billings, MT. Equipment includes 2024 Freightliner Sleepers with heated trailers and possible double trailers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired under the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway signs and records.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight on dedicated routes with multiple stops for the Rogers, MN account.
• Be out 1–2 weeks at a time with flexible days off based on routes assigned.
• Travel to Milbank, SD or Billings, MT when covering routes outside Rogers, MN.

About the Job

Ruan is now hiring Class A CDL Flex drivers to haul freight for our dedicated customer based in Rogers, MN! Flex drivers will learn several different dedicated routes to cover vacations, absences, and fill-ins.

Pay

Drivers will receive package pay, averaging $91,000 per year and are guaranteed $1,750 per week as a flex driver. Plus, enjoy an average of 40% to 60% employee discount on Do IT Best products!

Schedule

Flex drivers will run various dedicated routes with multiple stops on this account. They can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time and must be flexible with their days off depending on the routes assigned. When covering routes not based out of Rogers, MN, drivers will travel to Milbank, SD, or Billings, MT.

Equipment

Haul in 2024 Freightliner Sleepers with preloaded heated trailers and may run double trailers. Use an electric pallet jack to tailgate pallets with some driver unload.
