Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance Leadership: Champion safety culture and ensure OSHA/FMCSA safety standards.
• Strategic People & Operations Management: Oversee multi-site shop supervisors and field mechanics, drive personnel development.
• Fleet Strategy & Capital Support: Advise on equipment selection and manage lifecycle & budgets.
• Maintenance & Technical Excellence: Use VisionLink and oil analysis to plan preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Administrative & Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices and support vendor payments and records.
