Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking experienced flatbed drivers for regional routes with the home weekends schedule. Drivers must have at least 6 months flatbed experience and 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional work. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for experienced flatbed drivers. This position carries weekly pay and regional home time.

Expect tarping, strapping, safeties, and on-time freight delivery with DOT-compliant pre/post trip inspections. MVR and background checks apply; drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Flatbed experience and 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional experience.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, urine test.

Responsibilities

• Tarpping and strapping down certain loads.
• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
