Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for regional routes with home weekends. Earn $1400 to $1600 per week plus a $5000 sign-on bonus for qualified flatbed drivers. Regional work offers steady freight and predictable home time.

Requirements include clean MVR, DOT drug screen, and 1 year of OTR or regional experience for trainees, or 6 months flatbed + 1 year OTR for experienced drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Able to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Moving violations: no more than 3 in 3 years.
• Accidents: no more than one at fault.
• Recent at-fault rollover in the past year.
• Felonies and misdemeanors: will review.
• DUI/DWI: none in past 5 years.
• DUI/DWI trainee: none in past 3 years.
• Trainees: 1 year OTR or regional experience.
• Experienced: 6 months flatbed + 1 year OTR/regional.

Responsibilities

• Tarping and strapping down loads.
• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections.
• Deliver freight on time.
