Job summary

System Transport is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driver roles with home weekends and a strong pay package. New hires can qualify for a $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 orientation pay, and will drive late-model equipment with modern safety tech.

Earn $0.65–$0.69 per mile, with weekly pay between roughly $1,018.63 and $2,152.27, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL license (CDL-A).
• 6+ months of driving experience required; for Recent CDL-A Grads, training provided.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Background check required.
• A clean drug test required.
• Clean Clearinghouse results required.
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Operate regional flatbed routes with late-model equipment.
• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Maintain safety and compliance as per company policies and DOT regulations.
