Job summary

System Transport is seeking Recent CDL-A graduates for flatbed regional driving positions with home weekends and a $1,800 transition package. Expect strong pay per mile, weekly earnings, and a competitive benefits package.

New drivers will receive paid orientation and extensive support as they begin their trucking careers, with modern equipment and safety tech in use across the Midwest region.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-A license and meet all standard hiring requirements.
• 6+ months of driving experience required (or for recent CDL-A grads, training provided)
• A safe driving record and be 21 years of age or older
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Background check and clean drug test required
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform during orientation (tarping ~70% of loads)

Responsibilities

• Transport freight such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Operate regional or OTR routes with home most weekends.
