Job summary

System Transport is seeking Recent Graduate Regional CDL-A Flatbed Drivers. Drivers will handle regional routes with home most weekends and a $1,800 transition package including orientation pay.

Late-model equipment and full benefits, 401(k) with match, and PTO are offered to support steady, long-term employment. New CDL-A graduates can join a comprehensive program that reimburses orientation and provides hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-A license and be 21 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of driving experience preferred; recent grads trainable.
• Safe driving record and clean background check required.
• Must be able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum and building materials.
• Cover and tarp loads as required and maintain safe loading practices.
• Travel regionally with home weekends as a core benefit.
