Job summary

System Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in Vandalia, IL. Drivers will haul building materials, coils, and specialty metals with modern, safety-focused equipment.

Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset, with opportunities for tarp, stop, detention pay and a 401(k) match. Competitive weekly pay and annual earnings are highlighted, along with health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of driving experience.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 1 year truck driving experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Clean driving record and drug test.
• Rider policy: Rider aged 7+ after 90 days.
• Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot-high platform.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods on regional routes, including flatbed materials.
• Operate modern trucks with safety features and comply with company policies.
• Participate in orientation and safety training.
• Maintain records and logs as required by regulations.
