Job summary

System Transport Vandalia, IL is seeking experienced CDL-A regional flatbed drivers for high pay on regional routes. You will haul materials such as glass, steel, and building supplies, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset.

Full-time drivers enjoy weekly and annual pay plus a strong benefits package, orientation and transition pay, and ample opportunities across Division 290 and Kansas City terminals.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and be 21 years of age or older.
• A safe driving record on the road is required, with no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 6+ months of driving experience required; 1 year preferred.
• Background check, clean drug test, and Clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform; tarp about 70% of loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed equipment on regional routes.
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain logs as required.
• Ensure timely deliveries while following assigned routes and schedules.
• Coordinate with recruiters to explore suitable route options.
