System Transport Springfield, IL is seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes with attractive weekly pay and benefits. This full-time role offers weekend time off and a guaranteed pay range as described, with a transition package and orientation pay.

Drivers haul glass, steel, aluminum, and other building materials. Must meet CDL-A prerequisites, maintain a clean record, and pass required background checks and testing.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A safe driving record is required.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 6+ months of driving experience required.
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test required.
• Clean Clearinghouse result required.
• Flatbed requires lifting a 90‑pound tarp during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals.
• Operate flatbed equipment on regional routes.
• Maintain safe driving and compliance with regulations.
• Join a team with the Midwest flatbed focus and enjoy higher pay.
