Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an Associate Regional Bond Specialist to support a team of Fixed Income professionals serving High Net Worth clients. You will help uncover growth opportunities, develop investment strategies, and enhance client experiences while partnering with branch teams.

You will build and execute bond strategies, including ladders and barbells, and deepen knowledge of Fixed Income construction, client prospecting, portfolio analysis, event planning, and business development

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of Fixed Income securities (Treasuries, CDs, Agencies, Municipals, Corporate bonds).
• Proven ability to grow client base and asset growth in regional markets.
• Experience using Salesforce for prospecting, pipeline management and documenting interactions.
• Ability to translate complex Fixed Income concepts for clients and colleagues.
• Ability to build productive partnerships across specialists, branches, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Fixed Income specialists serving HNWI and UHNW clients.
• Identify and pursue client growth opportunities to drive regional asset growth.
• Assist with client prospecting, events, and business development initiatives.
• Convey and recommend Fixed Income strategies and portfolio analyses to clients.
