Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Specialist in Fixed Income Service to support clients in making informed investment decisions across fixed income products. You will handle inbound client conversations, provide guidance, and execute a mix of fixed income trades on-site in Colorado.

The role emphasizes consultative communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and coachability, with licenses (Series 7 and 63/66) preferred and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Develop expertise across investments including U.S. Treasuries, CDs, munis, corporates and ETFs.
• Support clients in making informed investment decisions and deepen understanding of financial goals.
