Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Baton Rouge is seeking a Regional Financial Analyst II to support campus expansion and grant reporting. You will update financial models, prepare forecasts, budgets, and quarterly board reports, and collaborate with campus and head office teams.

This grant-funded, full-time role offers hybrid/remote work (LA preferred) and requires 4–6+ years in accounting/finance, with Workday experience and strong Excel skills. Travel to academies may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4–6+ years accounting/finance experience; education preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial models for multiple campuses.
• Develop short and long-term forecasts including cash flows.
• Prepare quarterly board reports and state reporting.
• Support annual audit process and grant compliance.
• Collaborate with campus leaders and admin on budgets and costs.
• Travel locally to academies as needed.
