Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Regional Financial Analyst II to support financial decision-making across campuses. You will collect, analyze, and report financial data to guide short-term and long-range planning and budgeting.

This four-year grant-funded role supports the launch of the Lake Charles campus and expansion of Harveston in Baton Rouge, with a potential third campus by grant end; hybrid/remote in AZ or LA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of accounting or finance work experience; education experience preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain financial models for multiple campuses.
• Develop annual budgets with Academy and CMO staff.
• Review and analyze financial statements with Academy leadership monthly.
• Support grant-related reporting and compliance.
• Assist with the annual audit process.
• Identify internal control improvements.
