CEMEX seeks an Analyst Finan in Jersey Village, TX to support regional financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting. You will act as primary accounting support for operating locations, perform monthly close, and participate in performance analysis.

The role requires SAP proficiency, strong Excel skills and 2+ years of experience. The position emphasizes collaboration within a high‑performance team, travel to sites, and delivering timely financial insights to boost EBIT, ROIC and cash flow

Competenze

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA/CFM designation or strong candidacy preferred.
2+ years of financial management experience.
Experience in financial analysis/special projects.
Computer literate; SAP and PC-based applications.
Strong Excel skills.

Mansioni

Act as primary accounting support to operating locations within the Division.
Prepare/review monthly close, forecast updates, and budget processes.
Participate in financial benchmarking and monthly performance analysis.
Handle ad-hoc reports related to sales, purchasing, working capital, and OPEX.
Analyze plant and division balance sheet accounts; support division/plant managers.
Record journal entries and maintain product inventory values in SAP; review fixed assets.
Contribute to maximizing EBIT, ROIC, and FCF as part of the team.
Train Division staff in using CEMEX reporting systems; travel as needed.
