DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Manager, Regional Finance & Business Performance - CFO Office in Chicago. The role partners with station leadership, product teams, and shared services to translate financial priorities into actionable plans.

The position drives CFO office execution across the region, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures governance and accountability in financial submissions and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or related roles.
• Experience working with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFO office execution, including business reviews, action tracking, and issue resolution.
• Prepare CFO-ready materials and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with station managers and product leaders to monitor financial performance and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate monthly station performance discussions and document agreed actions.
