Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Finance Controller for ATL Hub Operations and the Regional Ground Line Haul (GLH) cost base, delivering strategic financial leadership and governance across two critical functions. You will oversee planning, forecasting, budgeting and Capex analysis to align with corporate standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting governance, model development, investment evaluations, and executive reporting to drive profitability and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and month-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans for GLH and Hub Operations.
• Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business projections to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Evaluate CAPEX proposals and financial returns, providing recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and intercompany accounting.
• Lead executive reporting and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
