Job summary

Raw Selection seeks a Regional Controller to own the financial performance of 8 branches in the North Wrench Region. You will lead month-end close, financial reporting, and partner with General Managers to drive profitability.

This PE-backed role focuses on scalable finance processes, standardization across locations, and upcoming acquisitions. Onsite work in Knoxville with 10–20% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• At least 3 years of Controller level experience.
• Experience with multi-site P&L, ideally $40M+.
• Experience with GAAP accounting and financial reporting.
• Willingness to work onsite in Knoxville, TN and travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance and reporting for 8 branches across the North Wrench Region.
• Lead the full month end close process and target closing within 8 days.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and management reporting.
• Partner with 8 General Managers to understand financial performance and improve results.
• Analyze branch performance, job costing, labor productivity, margins and spend.
• Establish consistent financial processes, controls, and reporting standards across locations.
• Standardize the Chart of Accounts and support Sage Intacct transition.
• Support integration of acquisitions and system migrations.
