Henkel is seeking a finance-focused university intern in Culver City to support monthly reporting, forecasting, and process improvements within our North America Professional hair brands. You will work on cross-functional projects and gain hands-on experience across budgeting and financial planning.
The role requires student status with a Finance focus, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and a proactive, detail-minded attitude in a hybrid office setting.
Qualifications
- Current university student graduating in 2028 or 2029 with a focus on Finance or similar.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to commute to Culver City on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews across the Henkel Consumer Brand Professional portfolio
- Involvement in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities for all our North America Professional hair brands
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and reporting enhancements
- Support cross-functional business projects as needed
