Henkel invites a motivated undergraduate to join our Finance & Business Controlling internship, supporting Hair Professional brands. You will gain hands-on experience in reporting, planning and business analysis, while collaborating across functions to drive financial insight.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, enhance skills in Excel, Power BI and SAP, and contribute to cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• A current undergraduate student planning to graduate in 2028 or 2029 and majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, supply chain, or similar
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Power BI and/or SAP experience are a plus
• Interest in the beauty industry

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in corporate finance through reporting, planning, and business analysis activities
• Provide business controlling and financial support to cross-functional teams
• Expand your knowledge of financial management and reporting with full exposure to the P&L
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in both independent and group projects that contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
