McKesson in Irving, TX is seeking a Regional Finance Director for The US Oncology Network. The role oversees FP&A, budgets, forecasts, and regional financial operations, partnering with senior leadership and physician partners to drive growth and financial performance.

This is a hybrid, full-time position reporting to the Sr. Regional Finance Director. Travel 25%–40%. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in financial analysis with 4+ years in management; healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in finance/FP&A/controllership.
• 4+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Healthcare or cancer care experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly regional reporting and analytics for senior leadership.
• Guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Engage with physicians and practice leadership on financial results.
• Develop KPI methodologies and decision-support tools.
• Oversee capital expenditure analysis and regional spend forecasting.
• Supervise regional controllers and finance staff; mentor teams.
