Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a finance leader responsible for the financial management of a regional portfolio of ambulatory centers in the CT/RI area. This role drives EBITDA growth, partners with regional executives, and represents finance in key partner and board discussions.

Applicants should have a degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics and at least five years of healthcare financial experience. Travel is expected around 25%.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of financial experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support consistently growing EBITDA through leading profitable top-line growth initiatives, developing new partnerships, effectively managing expenses, and supporting development process (M&A).
• Act as a strategic business partner with the Regional VP of Operations to transform the value proposition in regional markets to achieve and sustain competitive advantage.
• Speak with authority on behalf of the Regional VP of Operations and represent him/her at health system, partnership, or board meetings.
• Create, implement and pull through opportunities which drive financial growth and operational performance.
• Build positive relationships with key health system partners and work closely with them as a business partner.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and P&L management for an assigned portfolio.
• Lead by example and serve as a trusted resource to finance team members.
