Job summary

Nord Anglia Education seeks a high-energy LATAM Financial Controller to strengthen the finance function across its premium schools in Latin America. The role reports to the Finance Director, LATAM and involves traveling 10–25% across LATAM, with a hybrid working arrangement across specified LATAM locations.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in financial control, IFRS and local GAAP experience, and proficiency with Dynamics 365 BC and OneStream.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of accounting and financial control leadership, preferably in education or multi-site service businesses.
• IFRS and local GAAP reporting experience; statutory compliance across multiple entities and countries.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 BC and OneStream; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Control, Month-End and Reconciliations across LATAM portfolio.
• Standardization of processes, systems and controls across LATAM schools.
• Integration support for new acquisitions and balance sheet alignment.
• Business partnering with school finance teams to raise controllership standards.
• Centralization and transformation initiatives to move activities onto common platforms.
