Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to support the Rocky Mountain Region Finance team. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, the role will perform financial statement, commercial, operational, and capital expenditure analyses to drive value and ensure GAAP adherence across the region.

Responsibilities include transforming data into insights, building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, and preparing executive presentations for local leadership to C-Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related STEM field required.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or strategy.
Ability to multi-task, support multiple customers/assignments and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Transform data into information, insights and value creation.
Inform decisions through KPIs, tools, and data-driven insights.
Prepare executive presentations for leadership and C-Suite.
Provide due-diligence support for investments and assess return thresholds.
Maintain relationships across the organization and support strategic initiatives.
